Avocado oil has become the star of many kitchens thanks to its soft, unique flavor. Nevertheless, taste is not the only reason behind its popularity.
Avocado Oil is uniquely high in monounsaturated fats ("good fat") promoting a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer and diabetes.
Due to its high smoke point of over 550 degrees, avocado oil is used for high temperature cooking such as grilling and sautéing. It also has a high viscosity resulting in a light and silky texture with very little residue making it perfect for dressings and drizzling on food.
Chile has long been considered the producer of the finest avocados in the world, specially of Hass Avocados. The logical step to the production of avocado oil took longer than expected for our local avocado growers, but the wait was worth it! We proudly present the finest avocado oils in the world.
