CASTA DE PETEROA Special Selection extra virgin oilve oil corresponds to a limited production of oil extraction, from the Liguria and Empeltre olive varieties, corresponding each one to 50% of the blend.

This oil is specially recommended for the following uses:
- Excellent to dress salads and spring vegetables, either raw or cooked.
- Optimum for grill seafood.
- Ideal for pastry making: this oil creates dough of superior consistency and softness.
